In 1999, Boulder Organic Coffee began its journey in Boulder, CO, where we set out to roast the highest-quality Fair Trade and USDA Organic coffee. Nestled beneath the iconic Flatirons, we found our calling, inspired by the beauty of the mountains and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Today, we continue to roast our coffee in small handcrafted batches at altitude to capture the unrivaled richness and freshness of each bean. Roasting at over 5,000 feet not only enhances the flavor profile but also ensures that every cup of coffee we produce is a true reflection of its region and origin.
