Boulder Organic Coffee is expertly roasted at high altitude in Colorado, where lower boiling temperatures allow us to reach "first crack" faster than coffee roasters at lower altitudes. This unique roasting process, combined with shorter roast times and lower temperatures, results in a smoother, more refined flavor profile. “What drew me into this coffee was the taste notes it has. I haven't had much coffee from Peru so I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. I really enjoyed the flavor of this coffee and it was easy to grind. The packaging was great and the beans were very fresh.
